A) RNDr. Peter Matu  (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) with Tax Reg. No. (as a freelance occupation): 1049621793, registered in Slovakia (EU) at Velka Ida 141, 04455 (in accordance with the section 6, subsection 2, letter b) of the Income Tax Act 595/2003 Coll. as later amended of The Slovak Republic.).

B) Similimum s.r.o  (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) with Business Reg. No. (ICO): 54016355, registered at the City Court Kosice  (Section: Sro, Insert No.:  52275/V) with registered address Velka Ida 141, 04455, Slovakia (in accordance with the Business Register of The Slovak Republic), whose sole founder, owner and executive/managing director is RNDr. Peter Matu.

The Service Provider fully respects your rights to privacy and is committed to strict adherence to data protection obligations. By continuing to browse this website and using the services offered by the Service Provider (consultations or other services) you hereby fully acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy of the Service Provider. 

Information collected when contacting the Service Provider 

The Service Provider collects personally identifiable information (PII) /personal data/ that you need  to provide when getting in touch with the Service Provider through the Contact Form and its mandatory fields on this website or when making a booking with the Service Provider through its booking system. This PII is only collected when you have given your consent (e.g. checkbox on the Contact Form) and that we can use it in your interest for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy/Privacy Statement. This PII may include your name, address, private and corporate email address, phone number.

Information collected when using the services of the Service Provider 

When making a booking and using the services of the Service Provider (e.g. health related consultations/homeopathic consults etc.) both PII and also non-PII information is being collected: like health notes, information about your physical, mental and emotional state, medical history, information about your life circumstances, diet, dreams, relationships, unique and peculiar health symptoms and other aspects of your life). This non-PII information is necessary for the selection of a homeopathic remedy and health and wellbeing related advice and is treated as highly confidential and will not be shared with anyone.

Financial information related to your payments

The Service Provider does not store your credit/debit card information as all payments are made only through payment solution providers/payment processing gateways like Trisbee, Stripe, Global Payments, Fresha etc. and when making a booking and processing your payment you are redirected to websites of third party payment processing companies through embedded webpage plugins or payment links. You will be providing your credit or debit card details only directly to payment processing companies which operate secure servers to process your payment details in line with financial regulations.

How is your personal data used

Any personal data that you provide will be used for the purpose for which you supply it and will be treated with the high standards of security and confidentiality. The Service Provider collects and uses your personal information to provide you the services that you have requested: consultations, information about your health related options, information about homeopathy, healthy lifestyle, personal growth and wellbeing.

Retention Period

The Service Provider will keep your personal data only for as long as it is deemed necessary. Each individual has the right to withdraw their consent and have their personal information erased at any time. When instructed by you, the Service Provider will remove your records from the database and systems unless it is required to keep them for legal reasons.
